Bighorns Unveil Special Event Jersey

The Helena Bighorns are proud to release their Special Edition 2010 Valentine's Weekend Jersey.

The team will be sporting these specially designed jerseys for their home games on February 12th (Bozeman) and 13th (Billings).

"Every year we try to have a special event jersey," stated Katie Bauer (Head of Guest Services). "This year we wanted to have a jersey for our Parent's Weekend. With that weekend being right before Valentine's Day it just made sense to go with this theme."

The thought of a mens hockey team wearing pink jerseys may seem a bit ironic, but when it comes to teams trying to show a new look for different holidays or special events, nothing seems to be out of reach.Those of you that have followed the Bighorns long enough may even remember some of their special edition jerseys from previous years, such as St. Patty's Day, New Year's, Saw IV (the movie), Military Appreciation and more.

So with the chance to be creative for Valentine's Day and Parents' Weekend the Bighorns have chosen to go with a Sweethearts Jersey for this season's new look.
